Precision Audio Restoration guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, simply return the original and restored recordings, along with an explanation of the defect, and it will be repaired and returned to you at no cost.
If it is unrepairable, a full refund will be issued, and your original recording will be shipped back to you at no cost.
Restoration quality
"Restoration" means that the CD's audio fidelity will be just as good (or bad) as the original recording.
The CD made from a 1941 Glen Miller record will not sound like "In the Digital Mood". (a CD of Glen Miller arrangements recorded recently)
Copyright law
Current law permits one copy of copyrighted material for personal use.
(ex: 1 CD copy of LP)
Copies may not be sold or given to any third party.
Copies may not be used for public performances.
Multiple copies are not permitted without permission from the copyright holder.
Damage during shipment
Although care will be taken in preparing items for shipment, Precision Audio Restoration will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment.
Damage during restoration
During processing, every measure possible will be taken to insure the safety of your recording.
We will not be responsible for damage due to age or deterioration of the media. Old brittle tapes may break during normal play. Cylinders may crack when placed on the player. Some records may be too fragile to clean
If it can't be restored
Not all recordings can be fully restored.
Partial restoration will proceed only with your permission.
Unrestored recordings will be returned at no cost.
CDR compatibility with CD players
CDRs used will play in all newer CD player units.
A small number of older CD players may not play CDRs.
Customer information
All customer information will be kept confidential and will not be sold, leased, lent, rented, or otherwise released.
